Don’t take this too slowly. It’s Allegretto not Andante – there should almost be a one-in-the-bar feel to it (I did consider rewriting it in 3/8 instead of 3/4). You could take it a bit slower than my recording though.
The una corda in bar 21 should be maintained right the way through to bar 83 without a break, and this whole passage should be played very delicately. There should also be a marked reduction in the tempo. Bars 46-56 need to be carefully counted to make sure they stay a definite 5/4 and don’t drift into 6/4.
If your piano doesn’t have a very good sustain, it’s probably preferable to play the low D in bars 59 and 71 gently and just let it fade out. Ideally, though, it would be heard through the whole of the marked pedal.
The last four bars can be played quite freely. There is something to be said for a tempo and this point, or conversely slowing it down even further.
